I was with my Dad back in November when Heidi called and told me that our washer had caught fire. She quickly turned it off, but it still smoked for a while. Our son in-law is an appliance repair man, so she called him to get an over-the-phone diagnosis. In laymen’s terms, he said, “you need a new washer.”

The hunt for a new washer was upon us.

I found this beauty in Calvert, TX. You can see some of the quality work it was capable of in the second picture.

For some reason, Heidi declined.

So I found this one.

It’s works like a charm.
