Whoever Looks at a Woman — Gospel of Matthew Sermon #28

The sin of adultery is so great, that Jesus’ remedy for it, is to pluck one’s own eye out instead of falling into it. Now, we know He is using hyperbole, but this shows just how wicked adultery actually is. It is a sin against one’s own body, against the body of another, against the spouse who is being robbed, but more importantly, against a Holy God, in who’s image is being violated.
