After my son was born, I was talking with my Dad about the joys of having a newborn around the house. He responded by telling me that I should patient, because the joy only increased the older the children became. I began to see what he meant when Andy turned 2.

I though I would share these as part of the Mid-Week Monochrome #55 with the Brashley’s.

Oh he’s a beauty and so handsome and you’ve captured him perfectly… Thank you for joining in the challenge. So full of life at that age.. they don’t seem to have a care in the world when they are that young. Great memories captured in photos.

  I know. Seems like yesterday, but it was 14 years ago. Andy is now 16, getting his driver’s license, etc.

    So pleased you joined in… You are right it only seems like yesterday.. My son is now 37 and has kids of his own.. one minute they are in your arms next they’ve gotten the nest 😢
