Heidi and I had a date night in Nacogdoches, and dined in Auntie Pasta’s, an Italian restaurant with lots of texture. Regular followers of my blogs know how much I love texture… see below.

On the way out of the restaurant, we also ran into one of my PE teachers from Lufkin High School, Jessie Walker. He also coached the men’s basketball team and won the state championship that year. That was a lot of fun because I rarely run into people I know.

Coach Walker.
