I took this picture back in September 2008, and it is still one of my favorites. This is Joey and one of his many balloons. At 17 months old, he loved balloons and he still loves them today at 5 years old. We can’t make a trip to Albertson’s without him asking for a bag of balloons. There are times when I give into his request!
