Gotta love it! A&M’s tradition of midnight yell practice made a perfect commercial for ESPN’s College Game Day. I remember the tradition well. At one such event, I was able to load 10 fellow students in my 1979 Buick Park Avenue and head out for yell practice. It was quite a feat loading that many into the car. I’m convinced we could have put three more people in the back seat.
