I think we forget how simple life can be, and how enjoyable it is to find new discoveries. For Joey, finding dead bugs on the back porch is his past time. Today’s example: a dead fly. Dead flies make up most of his collection, which we quickly deposit in the garbage. He has also brought us a few dead bumble bees, and a few live, but near death bumble bees. So far, no stings yet.
I hope he never discover snakes, because if he does, I will quickly teach him how to take a shovel, and dispatch those snakes.
